Pupil Premium 2016/17

Interventions and opportunities for pupil premium children that take place across the school include:

  • Small group intervention for English and Maths by teachers and teaching assistants
  • Catch Up Literacy and Numeracy intervention programmes in KS2
  • Turnabout intervention to increase working memory
  • Family Support work with families.
  • Self esteem support and mentoring for pupil premium children
  • In class support provided by teachers and teaching assistants working in partnership to challenge more able pupil premium pupils.
  • Funding has also gone towards subsidising school trips and enrichment activities for PP children in school.
